My husband and I went out for date night here, a few nights ago, because it?s our favorite place! Not only is the food amazing,... every time, but the staff is just as amazing! Clearly you can tell that the owners take pride in everything that they do, Theonly issue we had that night was witnessing a large, entitled, condescending man, who was with a group of people for some typeof birthday party of some sort. He and his wife spoke so disrespectful to the staff, that we were embarrassed for him?and hisparty! He was clearly making a scene! Apparently trying to throw whatever power he thought he had, around. We were going to stepin, however the owners handled it themselves with such professionalism and courtesy. This certainly hasn?t changed the way wefeel about The Italian Cousin, by no means! We have reservations again for next week! But to see customers like that is justdisgusting! Keep up the good work guys!!! See you soon! Read more
We were so impressed! Wondered why it was so busy on an off season week night but we found out. Excellent service, nice wine and... cocktail selection, diverse Italian menu, and all entrees are served with soup or salad and bread!!! The tomato soup wasunbelievable and the eggplant and spinach parmesean was the best I have ever had ( it is my favorite meal so I get it everywhereI can!). The owner was wonderful too, working along side his team .. to top it off, prices were beyond fair!!! Read more
Best Italian food in Sebastian. They have an early bird menu and we got the lasagna and tilapia off it. Both were delicious. I... usually am hesitant to get fish at a restaurant I've never been to before but I did this time and wasn't disappointed. Thetilapia topping was crispy and the fish itself was perfectly cooked. The service was great. Jim, our waiter, was very friendlyand explained items on the menu and the specials in detail for us. The server was quick to bring our food and clear our tablewhen he were done with the course. We will definitely return to this gem. Read more

Spot on Italian cuisine and atmosphere. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Everything from bread/oil, the... appetizers, the soups/salads and the entree were out of this world delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for anauthentic Italian dinner.
