Loved this place! Super reasonable rates when I was there mid-October. Wonderful, helpful front-desk staff and smooth check-in... (with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine??). I chose the least expensive room ... And it's perfect. It has a sweetbalcony with a table and chairs, and the room has nice amenities (robes, wine glasses, nice bath products). I made a snapdecision to book this place, and wasn't sure what I'd find -- but I feel like I lucked out. If I find myself in the area again,I will definitely stay here! Read more

We just had drinks in the pub. A good selection of brews and some delicious cocktails. The waitstaff and bartenders were very... friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. A great place to have a drink with friends. Read more

Wow! Don?t make any mistakes when booking with this place! I booked for one day difference accidentally. ONE day off. They... kept my money and wouldn?t change my reservation to the literal following day. I called within 60 seconds of making thatreservation realizing I had made the mistake immediately. Ungodly horrible customer service. I didn?t want money back, I justwanted my reservation moved one day. Don?t stay here. People that treat people like this shouldn?t be in business. Also, I neverhave written a bad review in my life as I am in the service industry as well. Note to the owner/manager, unfortunately peoplelike the one who answered the phone after 5 phone calls, on 9/30/22, shouldn?t be customer facing. Zero compassion from her.Didn?t try to offer solutions or anything. Just washed her hands and said nothing I can do! I was really excited to stay atyour place too. ?? Read more

We didn't stay here, but did dine here for lunch. Hidden gem of Long Beach. Uncrowded, elegant, lovely garden dining. Fantastic... food with an upscale flair and craft cocktails. The pan fried oysters were done in crispy cornmeal and cooked to perfection. Also ordered Korean fried wings, PNW cheese plate and clams. The small plate items are sized to share between two or three andwe were plenty stuffed when we left. Read more

Lots of creaks in the floor, and slanting stairs remind you of this buildings age, but it has charm to go right along with it. ... The earplugs on your pillow remind you of it's proximity to highway 101. The food is wonderful, and there are lots of neatplaces to tuck yourself away from everyone and enjoy time together Read more

Gorgeous place , it absolutely feels historic. Very special with all the flowers and plants. The seating felt cozy and inviting.... Ivy served us and was very nice. We ordered Coffee- rich and delicious biscuits and gravy - this was THE BEST biscuits andgravy we ever had. It was rich with meat and the sauce was complex. The biscuit was special and soaked that amazinggravy. Breakfast board - served on a slab of wood, gorgeous. Delicious and rich cheeses and meats. The pickles were not my vibebut I know they would be plenty of other people's so I say give it a try 100%!!! Absolutely a special experience for sure. Read more

Cutest historical hotel I?ve ever stayed at. Would definitely stay again. Staff are helpful and kind. Very clean for how old it... is. Decor is well thought out. Food at the Restaurant/pub is good, it closes a bit early so come prepared. Took a day trip toAstoria and cannon beach from the hotel and it was close enough with a beautiful drive and nice stops along the way. Read more
