Their Cha siu (roast pork) was actually pretty good and juicy. It had nice flavors too. However, their fried rice was tough. it... was edible. Definitely need more water tho. Their white rice on the other hand was way too mushy similar to thick rice porridge Read more
Staff was friendly but?. The wait was long, the fried rice was hard, the generals chicken wasn?t actually generals chicken it... tasted gross and a bit like mustard and was chewy. Good Asian food quick, service is okay - quick and efficient, just not overly helpful or talkative. This is food court stuff, so... don't expect fine dining. There is also a lot of other food options in the Armory complex. I also think it is a bit over pricedfor the quality, but it is tasty. Read more
I went to the Wok yesterday and I found them to be absolutely wonderful. Even though they only serve 3 kinds of entrees they... have certainly perfected their craft in Chinese Bar-B-Que Pork, and General Tsao's Chicken!! I am allergic to shrimp but I'msure it is equally as good. The fried rice was jasmine short grain rice I found perfectly fried. Not dry or wet. Tasted like howI cook it. I am a good cook myself and rarely eat out. I have had many times BBQ Pork in many chinese restaurants but I thinkthe Wok's is the best. Nice thick juicy slices. Even better than Kau Kau that I've bought from for many years. I spoke to theowner and he told me all the ingredients he used that make it tender and absolute perfect flavor. Has to be the 10 cups of honeyhe glazes with in his recipe. They deserve more credit than their previous reviews. Also took 2 more BBQ Pork & Chicken dinnershome.
