I?d eaten in the Armory location before and wasn?t entirely satisfied. So I was skeptical eating here again. But to my pleasant... surprise my food and service was vastly improved this time around. Two stars is generous. The chicken itself was okay but the sauce had no flavor whatsoever. Not worth the money or the wait.
This place was disappointing. We stopped by for lunch on a Wednesday and they had run out of chicken (except for wings) and... fish. So they essentially only had burgers or hot dogs. The fries were okay but kind of bland and the main entrees were equallydisappointing. The workers were professional but not really nice. Wouldn?t recommend. Read more
Fries are to die for. Good service, just a little slow. It is worth the wait! Very nice workers. I would eat here again.
Location : At the Armory (food Hall), within the Seattle Center complex. A nice short walk from the Space Needle and the... Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum. We were more thirsty and tired and just chose the Wing Dome. Ordered: Dome Burger withFries Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken Palatable but, nothing exceptional. Service at the Counter (a male), was so-so. On theother hand, a female staff who we asked for directions as we were leaving gave us 5-? treatment. I have been eating here since it was Quincy's/Steamers more than 20 years ago. Burgers are great! Everything else is a gamble. ... Fish under cooked or over cooked. Fries always under cooked and are soft like baked fries from the 80's. It's sad becuase thisplace used to be great and I came here just to eat Quincy Burgers. Read more

First time visiting the area and this place looked attractive for waffle fries craving. Fries were good and decent size, service... was really awful and uncomfortable though. It felt like I was bothering them. I had to wait for several minutes for someone toshow up to take my order. Even after I tried to be polite and thankful for taking my order, they still look mad at me. I don?twant to exaggerate, but I honestly think that customer service is an important part of a good experience. Read more
