This location used to be the absolute slowest drive-thru in the city! I don't know exactly what has changed or if they've simply... flipped through enough staff but it has improved leaps and bounds! In the lobby is now open until 9:00 p.m. so you don't have tosit and idle your car and waste precious expensive gas! It can still take a bit of time depending on when in the day orespecially night that you go a 20 to 30 minute wait. Read more
Just ordered a combo meal and a side of chili on the app. The restaurant is not far from my apartment so I just fired off the... order and left. No problem picking up the order. Everything was extremely fresh and absolutely delicious. Fries still hot andcrispy. Chili as delicious as I remember and the double cheeseburger tasted even better smothered in said chili. I like theselection of lemonade, got a strawberry lemonade. Delicious. All around an A+ fast food experience. Addendum: Omg how could Iforget this meal also came with 4 delectable chicken nuggies. Got the ghost pepper ranch of which I was given 2 portions of...More than enough and it was TASTY. Whole meal $9.60. Pretty great. Read more

It?s wendys so it?s good, but the ballard location has always had undercooked fries compared to other locations. But the weekend... of August 27 and 28 were different. Whoever the new fryer is is vastly undercooking fries and under-portioning. This wassupposed to be a medium fry but it?s as if they dumped a skimpy small into a medium carton and called it good? Food is fine but the service is spotty. According to the driver through person, they are experiencing challenges with staffing... and may close early on some nights, affecting posted hours. The drive thru is typically stacked out the parking lot so best betis to order ahead on their app or order inside. The app can be a little squirrely so beware. Read more
got here around 11:30pm for a doordash order there's like 20 people in line going out to the street and they don't even start... putting the orders together until you're at the window. 30 minute wait. The restaurant was very busy so it is understandable that there could be some issues. We were very willing to be patient. The... manager on duty was rude to cub timers and her own coworkers. Obviously put out when someone talked to her. When a significantpart of our order was left out, I told them about it and they said they would make it. They did not make it a priority and wehad to wait an extra 10 minutes while we watched others order, get their food, then go. I went back up to the counter to askwhen it would be ready and they acted like they didn?t know what I was talking about. Finally, they searched around and it wassitting on a back counter.
