Usually I would rate this location a 4or 5 star but , this time we went there specifically for the newer version of the Frosty... the Strawberry ???????? flavor Frosty( which is absolutely AMAZZZZZING BTW!!) They DECLINED US !!! They just didn't have itavailable because they had already cleaned the machine (which of course was my guess which was before closing!!!!) Total bummersince we drove to that location just for that menu item!! Super disappointment!! Read more

Don't get the spicy asiago chicken sandwich, it was so gross for $8. I couldn't believe they changed the chicken to this cheap,... very thin, salty, dry piece of meat. Terrible breading. The asiago chicken sandwich had fallen hard! It is inedible now, theyruined it. I won't be going back to Wendy's ever again, there is no point, cheap food. Read more

The absolute worst Wendy?s I have ever been to! Don?t go here unless you are cool with sitting in drive thru for 30+ minutes... just to get sub-par food. The staff constantly closes lobby early and yet offer carry out and dine in options then just point atdrive-thru and say oh well? I will never come back to this location again and I will be contacting corporate! Read more

Ridiculous! Was in the drive line for 25 min before I even ordered anything. There was 4 cars ahead of me that had not moved... since I got here. There is absolutely no way you cannot process an order within 25 minutes. Calling corporate in the morning. Read more

Took 30 minutes to get through drive-thru for a mobile order, and they still got it wrong. Clearly terrible management and... inefficient. Not exaggerating one bit on how slow they are. Hire more workers or adjust store hours. Simple, and not hard tomanage fast food. Read more
