Love this hole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant!! Best pork and egg roll vermicelli noodle in Seattle. Just hits the spot every... time. The meat is juicy/soft, well flavored and the egg roll has this crunchy but mochi-like texture. Their duck noodle soup isalso very good. Phoned in a takeout order for an eye of round steak and well done brisket beef noodle soup along with a pork and shrimp spring... roll. When I went to pick up order around 4:30 pm they weren’t too busy, the cashier did not acknowledge me and was talkingwith another customer for over 5 minutes before the customer pointed to me telling cashier she should probably see what I need. When the order was unpacked at home, I noticed the order was wrong - something was lost in the translation - they gave me thespecial (had to pick out the tripe, tendon and meatball). A plus is the serving size was very generous and could easily feedtwo, also everything was fresh. Read more
