One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle! Truly the only one in contention for me is Pho Bac, for pho. But... Vietlicious serves the BEST vermicelli bowls I have had from a restaurant yet. I am Vietnamese and my mom is an amazing homechef so typically, I am disapointed in vermicelli bowls at restuarants. I was so impressed by Vietlicious. The pork wasflavorfully seasoned and cooked to perfection! The fish sauce that came with it was a perfect balance of salty and sweet. Theportions were very generous. Having had the beef pho, I can confidently say that it is delicious as well! The employees are sonice too :) Read more

The best vegan bahn mi ever! They are also so kind. I absolutely love this place -- don't hesitate to go! :)

Menu is misleading. Vegan marked items are not accurate. The bahn mi for example comes with regular mayo so either avoid or ask... clarifying questions on ingredients. Read more

This is absolutely the best Vietnamese joint in town! If you're going to eat Vietnamese, then you definitely want to make it... VIETLICIOUS?????????????????? ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BANH MI IN SEATTLE! I've been eating at VIETLICIOUS since early 2020 & I'vetried several other Vietnamese joints around Seattle/Everett/Tacoma and none of them compare to this amazing deli on MadisonStreet! Female owned & family operated, this place is both charming & totally authentic. VIETLICIOUS has done an amazing jobbringing this jem of Vietnamese cuisine & culture to the city of Seattle. Thank you VIETLICIOUS ???????????? Read more

I'm from VA, DMV area which has a BIG Vietnamese community but none of the Banh mi there can compare with the Banh mi from this... place. Pho was also good but not something mind blowing. The rolls were big sized and delicious. But. again, the Banh mi was theBEEESSSTTTT!! Maybe even better than the Banh mi places in CA. Everything was about it was good, from the sandwich, the meat tothe pate, the pickles. YUM! It was so good that I forgot to take a photo of it. Read more

I finally had some time to stop by here before work and I am so glad that I did! I got the Classic Banh Mi (with the Vietnamese... hams). The flavors of the pate and everything tasted super fresh. Reminded me of my childhood and gave me that feel goodfeeling. Staff is very friendly. I think I was the first customer of the day. They have an awesome kiosk that you can orderfrom if you?re vision impaired like me and don?t always carry around glasses or if you?re just super shy and would prefer to gothrough the kiosk instead. I would come back and get the Banh Mi again. If it wasn?t so hot outside, I would love to also trythe Pho. The only minor downside, which is most likely out of their control due to inflation and supply chain issues in 2022,is that the sandwich cost $9.50 before tax and tip. Not a big deal for me because I am more than happy to give small POCbusinesses money. But if you?re on a Banh mi budget, you might find cheaper ones in the International District a mileaway. Overall, will definitely come back here again! Read more

Nice little Vietnamese restaurant on Madison St. in Capitol Hill. Ordered the Beef Combination Pho with extra noodles for lunch.... The broth was good and meat portion was good. I just wished they had different sizes of bowls for their pho, hence the addedextra noodles. Read more

I saw this place open up not that long ago. I was interested in trying it, and their prices are super good. The people running... the store were really nice and helpful to me seeing as I am not well acquainted with Vietnamese food. The place was super neat, clean, and well decorated. I liked the feel. They have a variety of rolls and sandwiches for an unbelievably good price, andtheir vermicelli bowls come in big portions. I ended up getting their cold vermicelli salad with grilled pork, chicken, and eggrolls. I definitely recommend the vermicelli salad if it?s your first time here. I liked the way they seasoned their meat. Itwas good. They also had non meat options too, which I?ll have to try. Their smoothies were delicious too. Not too sweet, andvery natural. There was also a great selection to choose from. After I took my food back to my workplace, the entire officefound the scent of the food to be alluring and ended up heading over there too! I am definitely going back. Overall, everythingwas fresh and healthy. Read more
