As someone who lives in the area, there's no shortage of cafes and coffee shops to pick up your morning coffee and/or a bite to... eat. Just on 35th Avenue alone there are several really good places that can scratch that itch and this place is noexception. I've been coming here regularly for the last month or so now and that's because the staff are always very pleasantto interact with, the coffee is consistently great, and what I've had of the food so far is quite good. The shop itself isactually quite charming, especially with the artwork that's available for sale on the walls and the recent addition of comereally nice fall/Halloween decorations in the last week or so. So even with all the great options in the area, I've still beencoming back here just as regularly, if not more so, than other coffee shops I've been visiting for much longer. Highlyrecommended. Wonderful local coffee place. The baristas greeted many of the customers by name, which I thought lent the cafe a particularly... friendly air. Biscuit sandwich was a highlight. The biscuit was really moist, flavorful, and crispy on the outside. I loved themocha I had as well. Will definitely return to Van Gogh Coffeehouse! Read more

Really cute and cozy neighborhood coffee shop. This was a great find thanks to our neighbor. They have great breakfast... sandwiches. I tried the one with vegan sausage on a bagel and it was really satisfying. The ladies serving is were reallyfriendly and we got the order within a few minutes. Planning to go back soon. Read more
