Hands down the best sushi in Seattle. Got the sashimi plate and was smiling the entire time. The quality of the fish was... phenomenal, the servers were all super sweet despite being absolutely swamped. Hours are a little touch to plan around but it'scompletely worth it. Toyoda Sushi is a true gem. The quality of the sushi is top notch and the staff are so kind and passionate. I went a few weeks... ago and it was incredibly busy (not surprised!) They had to go orders flying out the door, but still managed to provide a greatdine in experience. Will be returning! Read more
What an incredibly special place! Casual busy atmosphere with very friendly staff. The interior is homey and unpretentious. We... ordered the chef?s choice sushi and it came with a massive assortment of well-portioned nigiri. All of the fish was fresh,buttery, and expertly prepared. This rivaled the sushi I experienced in the fish markets of Tokyo. I left feeling as if I hadenjoyed both the expert work of a chef in the fine dining scene and a lovingly prepared meal in the comfort of someone?s home. Amust visit spot, I can?t recommend it enough. I lived across the street from this establishment for 4 years and ate here so many times, always, always on point. It's been 2... years since I've moved away and I still crave this place. Welcoming staff, absolutely delicious food that's always fresh andalways prepared just the way you want it. This spot is a Seattle institution and if you're reading this and haven't given it achance, go, you won't be disappointed. The downtown sushi spots are all hype, nothing in Seattle compares Toyoda. WOW! Toyoda Sushi is the best sushi & nigiri I?ve had in a long time. Truly a local gem! I ordered the chef assorted regular for... delivery and it was delivered by a friendly pro within 15 minutes or so. I emailed to order by mistake but called and confirmedthis is the best way to order to-go or delivery. Will be back soon. Read more
