Everything was good, especially the pork! The spice in the Fried chicken may be toned down, I?m an Indonesian and this is a bit... too spicy for me. Portions are pretty small, make sure to order more if you are sharing meals. The restaurant may get busy atnight so make sure to come earlier! Read more

My first time visit here, the food portion was okay but too salty and a pricey. Service was not what I expected, service needs... to be improved. This is not a elder-friendly restaurant, just saying . Today we asked for physical menu and the server told uswe need to use our phone/ scan the QR code to access the menu. We have few elder setting with us( the oldest is 85) the screenwas too small for them to read the menu. The server cannot take our order, instead she gave us a tablet (slightly bigger thanour phone) and ask us to order it ourselves. When we done ordering, we want to make sure some of the items is not too spicy forus. The server was rude and told me ?just hit submit ? but my questions was if they are spicy, she ignored me and asked me tohit the summit button. She makes me very upset, the food was not good enough for me to come back so I am not sure if I willvisit them again. Read more

Solid authentic Sichuan spot with a huge menu. Seriously, it will take several visits to try everything on the menu. A lot of... dishes are HOT, extremely hot, Sichuan peppercorn-based hot that is also very numbing. I'd recommend going with someone familiarwith the dishes and can help navigate the menu. The place gets crazy busy during weekend dinner hours, so prepare to wait anddon't expect the most clear and organized system of seating people. Once you sit down, you order your food via your phone andthey'll bring it out to you. One entree (the black pepper sizzling beef here) and two appetizers (woodear mushroom and cucumbersalad and Sichuan eggplant here) with rice is plenty for two people, shared family style. Read more

I?m from NYC and I try a lot restaurants (I mean really lot!) and I can very confidently said this is one of my top three... restaurants. The taste is very authentic, price is very reasonable( I mean really reasonable compare all other restaurant Covidprice hike, 20 per person after tip and you got plenty food to bring home) Portion size are great! I can?t be more mad at???????? other restaurants who Jack up the price and reduce the portion size. Added them to my black list. Honest you must tryit out, authentic, reasonable, and really enjoy it???? (if you like spicy ????) Read more

Service: 3 stars Taste of the Food: 4 stars Price: 3 stars The food is not bad, but compare to other Chinese food restaurants... around Seattle, it is missing something. The drinks are pretty, you should try the food here if the price is not the problem, maybe you will like the food here. but if you have a budget, then you should try other options. Read more

Food is tasty and very authentic. Probably one of the best Szechuan restaurants in the area. Expect a fair amount of MSG if... you're not into it. Service can be slow at times. We stood at the front for almost 10 minutes before someone came to greet us onlunch time. Otherwise, food came out relatively fast after ordering. Read more

TL;DR: Neither bad nor good. But expensive. There are a lot of great, authentic Sichuan restaurants in Seattle and on the... Eastside that do the same dishes, but better. And for the price, we expected a lot more both in quantity and quality.Ultimately, for us, Tian Fu was edible, but overpriced. First up, the cleanliness of the restaurant was on point, as were covidprotocols. I appreciated that they took the time to verify ID against photo vax cards. Decor was really nice, too. The dishwarewas simple but the tables were beautiful hardwood. The sound levels in the restaurant were great, too, with no real noiseconcerns. Service was simple, but good. We had our water pitcher refilled promptly and waitstaff came over when we made eyecontact. On the downside, the food was nothing special. We tried several dishes and all lacked seasoning with salt, soy, ormsg. All of our dishes also had problems with texture: completely lacking any variation. Dishes like the Sichuan pork wereboring - not bad - but didn't excite us in any way. It had mild (for Chengdu) chili seasoning when we were expecting bold malaflavor. Oh, and the rice was criminally stale. That was a real low point. Overall, Tian Fu wasn't bad. But it wasn't goodeither and we didn't feel it was worth the price. Read more

The Sichuanese food here is really tasty, well done. However, the wait time was ridiculous, I won't deduct any stars because... the waitress really worked hard to accommodate all customers. They definitely need to hire more people and they can work betteron the service. But everything else seems to be amazing and great quality food here. Highly recommend the fish ???? and I lovethe fact they clean most of the bone from it. Thank you!! Read more
