I came on a day when they had boneless pork ribs available. Hands down the best ribs I've ever had. Tender meat with a... mouthwatering bbq sauce. I'll definitely be back for more. Read more

Expensive but worth it. I had El Presidente and it was insanely good. The bread had a good crunch and the pulled port was smoky... and fatty and everything I wanted. Glad I didn?t eat it in the car because it was a complete mess in the best way. Plus theyhave Guanciale, which I can?t find anywhere else. Will definitely be back. Read more

If you plan on eating at The Swinery I recommend you clear your schedule for the rest of the day. The only reasonable thing to... do after eating one of these sandwiches is to take a nap. I wish I was kidding. They are dangerously indulgent & rich, withincredible flavor from the smoky, well seasoned, and high quality meat. The sandwiches might actually be underpriced for theportion size & calorie density. If you?ve never been, you have to try this place. Lady Jaye gets a lot of hype for being atrendy butcher & BBQ restaurant, but The Swinery has been doing it a lot longer & doesn?t get nearly enough respect after allthese years. This is one of the best eateries in Seattle period. Read more

Fantastic local meats and cheeses. The people are the best. One of my favourite "local neighbourhood gems" I have found in my... travels. And the food from the grill is just incredible. Read more

If you want obscenely indulgent, greasy, artery-clogging pleasure, this is where you want to be. The sandwiches are one good... reason to come here, in particular the cheesesteak - which is NOT in any way authentic Philadelphia style, but in fact better -and "El Presidente" which is a Caribbean-ish pork sandwich. The "rib & fry" uses pork belly ribs so it is extra fatty and rich.Honestly, eating here feels a bit like self-abuse, but don't we all do that occasionally? Additionally, the fresh and smokedmeats are top-quality. They even have beef bacon, which for a place named after pigs, shows serious dedication to animalproducts. If you need guanciale, this is the place to go. Also, they've got smoked duck breast which is fantastic. Read more

Transcendental doesn't even explain how good this place is. Coming through on the way to BC on a whim was the best decision of... my life. Kim is like the mother you always wanted, and the food is... I don't have words for how good it is. Come here. Get thepork belly and the danger fries. You will not regret it. Read more

This was easily my top3 burgers in Seattle. The quality of pork meat is just top. The Spectacular contains both pulled pork and... pork belly. The fat of the belly is surprisingly not that greasy. Also, the lady working there was very friendly and pleasant. She alone will earn a star. Read more
