I made a reservation through the website two weeks ago and wrote specifically how I wanted to surprise my "friend" on that... special night for us. I wanted to ask her to be my girlfriend so asked for a written note with the dessert and also some rose'spetals on the table. My friend and I showed up on time, when they took us to our table, everything was so nice looking, she wasvery surprised. Then when she went to the ladies room, the waitress double checked with me about the note (which was veryprudent from her waiting for my friend not to be there so she could ask about the surprise). Then when it was dessert time, Ithought we would have to actually order the dessert so they could bring the note with it but no, they just brought it with anote and a rose as well. I was so very happy and excited, my friend got all shy, blushed and also very happy, she loved thesurprise and said YES ???? ??. I highly recommend this place, it was the best service I ever had, food was delicious, waitresseswere very nice and kind. We will definitely come back. I haven't been so happy and satisfied for paying well worthed money likethat. WE LOVED EVERYTHING. Thank you so very much for such a unique experience. Read more
We celebrated our 11 year anniversary here today and it was honestly the best restaurant experience we have every encountered.... Our waiter was the kindest person we’ve ever met. The food was phenomenal. And the drinks weren’t all watered down like mostplaces do. The ambience of the restaurant was romantic and we couldn’t have been happier. The lamb and the recommended rib eye is very good! Th meat is juicy and soft with tasty seasoning. The cocktail is nice as well,... I love passion fruit mojito! A bit expensive but the food and service are really good. Read more
Enjoyed my meal at The Capital Grille. Service was excellent, attentive and informative. Slight issue with one of the items... ordered but our waiter quickly addressed the issue. Crab and lobster cakes very delicious with lumps of lobster. Lamb chopswhere Great and will be my dish of choice moving forward. Read more
Everything from the food to the service was amazing! Came here for our last night in Seattle to celebrate our anniversary and... they surprised us with a handwritten card and complimentary champagne. My boyfriend and I actually got engaged earlier that dayand when we told them, they brought us out a delicious dessert on the house. Sadly we wanted to have one last great meal before leaving Seattle. However the reservations were not needed, dress was... whatever, miss behaving children over cooked entree poor culinary workmanship. The good news is that the service we receivedfrom Omar Cruz Giles reminded me of the quality of pride in service that I knew as a young man. He was the bright light in aotherwise dark room. Came here for Valentine's day with a reservation. Parking was easy, just right under the building! The server was super helpful... helping us choose portion sizes that worked for us. And the food was phenomenal. I had been craving good steak and this placegave it to me. We go the filet mignon, lamb chops (in a smaller size), and the lobster on steak! The server was super flexible,adjusting anything to fit what we could finish even if it wasn't on the menu. Food was worth the price. Environment was great. Wonderful Thanksgiving meal. Food and service top notch. Consistent across the brand from city to city. My steak was... delicious. The crab app was dry and needed cocktail sauce too. Plus when we got there, the place was not that busy, yet wewere seated right by the kitchen and food runners. Read more
