I made a mobile order and arrived at 10:20 pm to pick up my food. This subway closes at 10:30 pm because I usually go to this... location a grab my late night snack. This time is was some other person working and he locked the doors before closing. I calledand I knocked and waved at him and he ignored me. This experience was horrible cause I just wanted to pick up my mobile orderwell before closing. I did not get any food that I paid for in the mobile app. Read more
Amazing worker at subway I usually go on Monday?s between 5-9 pm I?m disappointed I forgot his name but if you come in on that... day he gives you the upmost respect you can tell he?s experienced in the industry of sandwiches. Update below. They dont answer ths phone. Line is not busy they just refuse to pick up and their app gives an unknown error and... closes out the order, charges you anyways, and then acts like nothing happened. The Subway app has no support contact options soyour bank has to handle it Update: They got back to me and agreed to give me the same thing no charge next time to make up forthe double charge. Unfortunately the corporate number is a dead end so I'll be paying with cash in the future to avoid thesetechnical problems. Read more
First Subway to refuse to pull ingredients from the back. I told the server the kids were Celiacs and most Subways pull from the... back and make them on the back counter. She said the ingredients were new and okay (you could see bread crumbs covering most ofthe ingredients). She said she was too busy and wasn?t going to help. There was one other person in line... ???? I feel like the bathroom was the only clean area at this store, this is my first time here, and I will not seek this place out... the next time that I'm in the area. The lettuce was wilted and when I asked for lettuce from a different bin the sandwhich makerjust covered up the wilted lettuce, then I had to ask for my receipt and I had no where to sit because of the 8 or 9 tables fourof them had crumbs on them and two of them had people sitting at them.
