Employee called her manager to ask if she could serve me bread for my one year old (I was purchasing a sub meal for myself... too) Was told it was illegal and against company policy, and that if I wanted just bread for my toddler I could pay nearly $8for the veg sub. Employee was unable to give me their head office details and appeared uninterested in serving me, started tobusy herself with other tasks, so I walked away with no purchases. Read more

This place is the worst. I went to buy a sandwich and the boy behind the counter came out to the sidewalk and pushed a guy with... a camera away because the guy was filming the fact that someone was parked illegally. Come to find out, it's the boys friendscar. This little boy shut the whole store down because the guy started filming him after the boy pushed the mans camera. It wasanother 20 mins before he opened up. I decided that they probably put too much soy in their sandwiches for me. Read more

Worst service ever. The guy behind the counter was sitting down so we didn't see him the whole time we were deciding what we... wanted to get. It wasn't til we looked around that we realized someone was there. They had a sign for a new harvest bread Iwanted to try. They didn't have it. The bread I got tasted like day old bread. It was stale. I asked for the shaker seasoningand he acted like each grain came out of his paycheck. I don't know how this place stays in business with employees like thisand the food quality. If I wanted pink lettuce I would have went to a gas station for a sandwich. I surely didn't "Eat Fresh"! Read more

This is a terrible Subway. Only two bread choices (the cheapest ones, I'm sure - the plain ones). They don't toast properly. The... incredients quality is poor and the price is insane. It is somewhat understandable to have horribly high prices inside the concentre, but the quality should match other Subways and it just doesn't. Finally, on the one inside the con centre, for somebizarre reason they removed their chip and contactless reader (the PIN pad) from one of their registers making that registermagnetic stripe only. Not only is this incredibly insecure, I only had my phone and they had to send me over to the otherregister to pay (and I felt bad about cutting in that line) since it had a working contactless reader. Why the heck would theyremove the chip reader that makes cards secure by confirming they're genuine??? Read more

I have never had a more unpleasant subway experience than this one. I was neglected and disrespected by the man making... sandwiches until a final appalling ending where I left with no sandwich and a burning question as to Why people need to be soimpatient and rude to complete strangers. Also this place looks unsanitary to the extreme. Read more

Anybody who has been to a ComicCon at the Washington state Convention Center knows what an absolute zoo the place is. But this... Subway franchise has got serving hoardes and hoardes of hungry Con-goers--a highly difficult task at best--down to a science. These guys make the folks at Disney World look like amateurs. They served the line without any mistakes on very complicated Conorders (you know Con-goers), and everything was delicious. I had a problem with one of my sandwiches, and the manager called meafter the Con to make things right. If you're at the Washington State Convention Center, and you're jonesing for a sub, there isno better place than Subway. Good show! Read more

Why the 5 stars? Because these poor people have to deal with crazy convention center crowds all the time and they deal with it... really well. We almost always end up eating here when going to PAX. We're tired, we're hungry, and there's Subway. I'm gladthat they have something right here at the convention center that's decent and convenient. Unlike the San Diego conventioncenter which doesn't. So, you're appreciated Subway, you really are! Read more
