Just tried to go in stood there while the only employee was putting cheese on loads of bread ... no hello or acknowledgment I... was the only customer in the store. I?ve tried eating here on three separate occasions and it?s always the same. The guy walks out of the back and tells me the... credit card machine is down. It?s always the same guy. Never have a problem with other employees. Thin guy covered intattoos. I really doubt their credit card machine goes down this often. Seems like the guy just doesn?t want to work. Wooooow this is the worst subway I?ve ever been to. The guy working the counter (Tuesday evening) was either high or just hates... his job. I ordered the $4 daily special, which is prominently advertised on the menu and front door, and he asked ME what themeat on it was. Had to repeat every topping I wanted (only three, not that hard to remember) since he would stop after puttingeach one on and he poured all of the dressing in one spot instead of evenly along the sandwich. Tried to make small talk as Ipaid to ease this incredibly painful encounter and he completely ignored me. Spare yourself and get something from the marketnext door. Read more
9/27 1pm Update: Gave this place another try. This time, the food was fine but the employee, a short, thin Caucasian man, was... disrespectful towards another customer in line, a young woman who appeared to be Latina, seemingly because she spoke with an anaccent and it took an extra second to clarify her requests. He shook his head disrespectfully after his first verbal interactionwith her, seemed annoyed every time she spoke and then unnecessarily delayed completion of her order by making the next person'sorder while her sandwich sat waiting to be finished. I'm not sure if this guy is racist or just impatient and rude, but hisbehavior towards his paying customer was unacceptable. The woman remained polite and calm throughout the interaction despite theemployee's rudeness towards her. Original review from 2 months ago: Got a chopped salad but they only made it half the normalsize. Also, the spinach looked less than fresh. Hope I don't get sick. Read more
Just look at the picture, how do your mess up a sandwich that bad?? Made me pay first to see if i was tipping before he finished... my sandwich. He used thesame nasty gloves to make my food after he had been touching the register with a previous customer. Theveggies at this store are all wilted and the lettuce is brown/yellow. Has black mold in the fountain drink spouts because theydidn't clean them so make sure to get bottled drinks only here. Owners need to fire this kid that closed tonight. Absolutelydisgusting!
