Not worth the time. Came to take advantage of mailed coupons. They turn customers away as they decided not to honor them. Do not... waste your time with this franchise. Read more

They have a whole new menu that looks like they are moving away from being a healthy choice for good sandwiches. However, the... guy working there didn?t hesitate to make a close version of the healthy chicken sandwich I?ve been ordering for years. I hopethey bring back the chicken breast instead of the shredded rotisserie junk. Bread was fresh even at 9pm. Sandwich was good andhe was generous with the veggies. Read more

Worker seemed rushed, even though it was empty. Forgot a couple of things, but happily corrected it.

Typical Subway fare. Food was fine, but the days of 5-dollar Footlongs are long gone.

The teriyaki was literally frozen, Why on earth would you go here and spend $10 for a sandwich when you could go and spend $10... for a sandwich anywhere else and get something literally 10 times fresher and better. Read more

Ups: Very clean store, fresh looking tomatoes, presentable foods. Convenient location, parking available literally... everywhere. Downs: No coupons :( Have to ask more and more for ingredients(no like they give less quantity in general in thisstore) Normal subway sauce is 3 times they have me 1 The quantity is so little that you will feel like you might go hungry laterafter eating it. For some reason we always get the same guy when we come here and hes great. Always respectful to my needs as a vegetarian when... I ask him to change his gloves, and always gives us good portions when we ask for extra of certain things. He's really kind andpolite too! Read more

Good sandwich, customer service AND gluten free bread!! ...but They recently STOPPED accepting promotional coupons! Oh well, so... much for that. Now I'll only go there in cases of "emergency"... If I'm fiending in Subway, I'll adjust my itinerary to hitanother location before having to go to Northgate for anything else. Read more
