Station 18 is a great comeback for this spot that once housed HiLife. It is a super kid-friendly, Ballard restaurant that offers... delicious menu options ranging from brunch on Sundays to a daily happy hour from 3-6. We were there for happy hour and stuffedourselves on the delicious Brussels sprouts, creamy goat cheese dip, fresh rockfish tacos, plus the kiddos had plenty of optionson their own menu. The owner is Kate, of the well-loved Kate's Pub in Wallingford, and she puts her heart and soul into thisplace as well. Looking forward to our return already. Read more

Came here on a weeknight to celebrate my husband's birthday and had a wonderful time! Plenty of room and we didn't feel cramped... as they accommodated our medium/larger sized group well. The staff was amazing, attentive and we absolutely loved our waitress! She was great at being upfront for asking how the bills would be split up to avoid the confusion at the end. The food was great, quick, and big portions. We brought a cake and there was no extra fee or anything for cutting. Would 100% recommend you trythis place out if you haven't already. Hoping Station 18 is here to stay! Read more

I enjoyed the pancake breakfast which included eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and pancakes, which is perfect. We were seated right... away during weekend brunch hours. The atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly. Read more

Quickly on its way to becoming my new fav place. They kept a lot of the decor similar to the hi life, so it still has that old... stately feel, but the food and drinks are great. I?ve had brunch and dinner here, and both visits the food the good and theservice was fantastic. They were showing football during brunch, and they try to show most Seattle teams (including theSounders!). Read more

I went here with friends for a Friday night. The building was formerly a fire station. The interior was bright, warm and... inviting. Their wait staff were pleasant and gracious. There was plenty of seating, though most filled up by the time weleft. The dinner menu had a lot of options, with a few selection of vegetarian options. I tried their rotating pizza whichhappened to be vegetarian that night and absolutely loved it! It was fresh and delicious with a nice flavor combination! Ifyou?re in Ballard, this is a great restaurant to check out! I?ll definitely be going back! ???? Read more

We have now been twice and plan for this place to a weekly visit. This place has a kid friendly friendly atmosphere in the... dining room, a separate bar for those who don?t do the kid thing and damn good food. Our daughter loves the spaghetti, son theburgers, hubs the fish and chips and I am obsessed with the halibut. Perfectly done. They make a great martini too. Read more

Had so much fun at the soft opening! The staff were funny and friendly - even with all the stress of managing their first shift... with a full house! Drinks and food was really good, and they have vegan cheese on the menu for their wood fired pizzas!!! Can?twait to go back! (Also loving the steam punk feel of the place with the new lighting and pizza art). Read more
