I?ve never had a barista more rude to me. His name was Tyrone. I asked him what seasonal lattes they have and he snapped back... ?which would you like?? and I asked which are in season. He then snapped back ?which would you like? and then I just said ?anylatte man? so he?d leave me alone as if he was really condescending maybe because I wasn?t being specific for him or something.He then charged me a venti for the price of a grande but I just wanted to be left alone because I felt I was harassed enough.Awful experience. Busy place but they make sure you get your order the way you want it
Worst experience ever. I ordered a mocha and received a hot chocolate. I tasted it after getting home. While buying the coffee... and leaving from there I checked with the person at the counter twice if it's mocha with soy milk. He rudely said yes.
