i ordered through Uber eats and asked for a ICED carmel Mac and i received a hot drink. I've been calling all morning to have... this fixed and not one person has answered the phone. You need to double check your order before saying its ready. Those whomhave to use UBER eats are being charged for additional taxes then have to pay again for the correct order. TRIPLE CHECK!!!!!! The staff are so nice, with the exception of a barista that argued and got attitude because I wasn't happy with my incorrectly... made drink. The low stars are because despite their speed and friendliness, my drinks are incorrect far more than they'recorrect. 11/14/19 Ordered one drink at kids temp, got the right temp but wrong drink. Had it remade and got the right drink butnot at kids. Just gave it away as I don't have time to go back down. I want to favorite this location so much but damn. Read more
The staff is very nice, but they've gotten my drink wrong 2 out of the last 5 times I've been there, and forgotten my food order... until I mention that I've been waiting 20 minutes. They seem to be really on top of mobile orders, so maybe that's the way togo. Read more

Moses and Emma provided great customer service. Probably one of the better Starbucks I have been to. Coffee was mixed (not... layered like others) and food was neatly prepared. Also a very clean facility. Read more
