The staff here has a prodigious memory. I came in frequently for a few weeks last summer, ordering the same thing each time. I... actually changed my name in the Starbucks app to Eeeeee to make it easier to hear, and they still knew it was me and used myactual name. Fast-forward a year, and I only come in occasionally, but they still know my name and will hand my drink directlyto me when they see me. This is my regular 'bucks and I visit every workday. They have incredibly high standards and every drink I get is perfection.... Their store is also very clean despite being a high traffic location. The thing that really sells me though is their customerservice. They know me by name and will get my drink ready before I even get to the register if they see me. It is a bright spotin my day, and I think I owe at least 20% of my overall professional success to their speediness and never ending caffeinesupply! Read more
This might be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Every time I do a mobile order it's wrong. Breakfast sandwiches are... slapped together without a care so they fall apart in the paper bag. I'm usually not one to complain but when I'm paying northof $5 for 12 oz of a drink. I expect at least one in 5 orders to be correct and high quality. After spending what was left on mygift card I will probably avoid buying Starbucks. I still can't believe that there were at least 3 other Starbucks in theimmediate area that closed in the past 2 years. The store that remains standing here is by far the worst of the ones that werearound here. Avoid this location unless you like spending money on disappointment. Read more
Mobile orders are killing this location for walk-in orders. This location is often backed up, mobile orders splayed out across... the bar. Staff is extra chatty with regulars, slowing down the flow. This location is tiny for this part of town. Meh. I seemy hot food order come out and sit on top of the oven untill there are more orders before the employee will bring it to the pickup area. ???????? Read more
Terrible store always busy which is understandable and not really an issue. What issue I do have is everytime i come in and... spend my hard earned money on a mediocre expensive latte, they ALWAYS mess up my drink and when i ask for a redo i always get anasty attitude and a scoff and a reluctance to remake my drink... how hard is it to make it extra hot and made with whole milkwith reg foam?
