As a fellow barista, I?m usually forgiving when things are out of stock or messy. But the blonde barista working 8/23/22 at... 11:30am is the entire reason for me writing this review. Being from out of state, we weren?t aware that Washington is lidless.That?s fine. But when we?re handed an overflowing frozen drink with whip and garnish, while there?s no napkins in the lobby towipe it off, and the baristas response is ?Bummer.? In the most dead tone I?ve ever heard? Hell no. Just avoid this one, y?all,there?s plenty of nice coffee shops around with baristas that don?t seem to hate their lives. Coffee is all right, however good luck picking up your mobile order. Basristas will avoid eye contact, even as you stand there... about to ask for your drink that is just on the other side. The first time this happened, I thought maybe it was bad luck?butno, every single time you?ll wait a solid 5~10 until someone bothers handing your drink over. Read more
Great customer service, they try to keep the place clean even if it's located in an overcrowded area. Staff is welcoming and... open to customize your order if needed. But sometimes the place runs out of some bakery items, so you need to come in themorning or choose among alternatives that are still available. Read more
This is one of the first Starbucks in the city, basically it's serve coffee snd small bites, the experience over all is... excellent. (+) staff are very nice, and they gave me a complimenry new products, fast and professional. (-) this area is quitecrowded but near from the harbor. The staff are always friendly, the facility is clean and well maintained, and the service and atmosphere is very nice. A... variety of quick bite options and beverages. The mobile app also is handy for a person with time constraints. Great place forstudying or small gatherings. I would not recommend for large groups due to space restraints or to families with smallchildren. Read more
I've been to many Starbucks in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Hawaii and Alaska. This by far was the most dirtiest and... understaffed Starbucks I've ever been in. I waited in line for 20 minutes to place my order 'Americano' and I waited another 15just to receive it. I knew this place was a mistake. The trash on the floor and the dirty countertop was disgusting. The healthdepartment gave this location a 'Excellent' rating, dated January 2018, it's now August 2018. Read more
There's nothing like sitting outside on the pier, in the rain, while drinking a hot, delicious Starbucks coffee. Make sure to... try one next time you are in the area. I visited & re-visited this store 2-3 times in a week's time thanks to a next-level experience. Pyper was super helpful,... informative, & friendly with my order/personable with the pore over enthusiasm I shared & reco'd checking out the reserve roastlocations- being new to town- this made my day & I returned before the cruise the next day.
