Only bad thing is there is no restrooms available. The staff is nice and friendly. Don?t expect to grab a coffee and sit down,... but if you want a coffee to go they are very fast and efficient. My drink was perfect! Its just the inside is not good (there?snot chairs) I understand because of the ?homeless issue? but that?s what I say its a ?Starbucks to go? and they should be ableto find a way to have a restrooms. Quite rude staff. Rushed us to decide our order, then asked all customers to vacate the place at 4 pm while still accepting new... customers. So whoever had their food and had paid should leave but new folks were still allowed. Did not allow to use restroombefore closing time even though we had purchased 30 dollars worth of food/ coffee even though we explained a medical conditionfor 5 minutes. All they needed to do was open a lock. We struggled a lot because of them not letting us use the restroom on arainy day when we had a medical condition ongoing. Read more
Small convenient corner location. Too small to have a RESTROOM evidently...go to Westlake Center or Target location *east/west... of this location. This is at a main transit stop so a lot of locals we guess? Service is good though Read more
Friendliest staff. Best chai I've had in a long time!Tough part of town with a lot of transients so no seats or tables at this... location, only standing at the counters that line the windows. Excellent people watching, though mostly depressing. Store isclean and good selection of food. So convenient to pop off the bus and pick up a mobile order. Read more
