Ordered a breakfast sandwich at 7am - received it around 7:25. When asked about the delay, the staffs response was ?mobile... orders?. As in, ?we don?t serve orders... in order?? Don?t bother coming here in the mornings unless you have a half hour toburn. Read more
I ordered an Americano and they had it made in 15 seconds. I was surprised but didn't think too much about it. When I tasted it... back at my apartment later, I noticed the burned taste immediately. It is obvious that they pre-made the expresso and allowed itto sit on a burner too long. Not good taking short cut. Read more
While the new store is nicer the service is going downhill fast. I've been coming here for over 3 years and sad to say the... service is lacking a lot lately. I miss the smaller store and the better service. Today I was stuck in a long line this morningand since the line took so long I asked for a blueberry scone and asked that they don't toast it so it would be faster. The guystarted writing on the bag and I mentioned again....I didn't want it toasted as I was now running late and would prefer for themto just grab it....he nodded at me in agreement...then continued writing on the bag......I then with a louder but stillrespectful voice said "I just want the scone you don't need to toast it please...............they toasted it.......and it tooklonger........I was late for work by a few minutes........I work in the same building and showed up 15 minutes early. During my first time in this place, I decided to try a new drink that I didn't end up liking because it was too sweet.
