I went to purchase a couple of items and wanted to pay with cash. I was told they don't take cash! In a hospital where you have... people who don't have credit cards on them at all times you don't take cash. Poor decision making on this Starbucks. I was very impressed by the positive energy that the cashier emanates. She seemed very happy and I think that my somewhat dreary... attitude was transformed just by her being so happy to help me. If I had a reason to be at the hospital everyday I think I wouldprobably make it a point to go to the Starbucks just because of the interaction that I had with her which was then followed upby the barista (also a Nick) making my drink perfectly and also having a great energy. These two seem like the perfect employeesto be working in a location that must be pretty negatively charged for the most part. People don't come to hospitals becausethey want to celebrate how well they're doing. Read more
Today it happened again! Ana the Filipina barista treated me rude. Every time we go in this branch we always ordered 5 drinks... and all the time she messed up our order and she?s the one who?s telling us that messed up our order. But today same thingshappens again they made a mistake in my order and she told me right in my face in front of the other customers that I alwaysmessed up on my order, and she even whispered to her co-worker that I always messed up on my order right in front of me. Theirthe one who made a mistakes on my order because I know what is my order and I never drink grande size I always buy venti so whywould I messed up on my on drinks. Fast, efficient & friendly staff. Ordered an oat & something bagel with cream cheese. It was warm and toasted (and yummy). Had a... Cookie Crumble Frappacino which was tasty and not too sweet. Great place to get snacks & coffee while waiting in the hospitallobby. Read more
I asked for a half-sweet matcha latte and they didn't know what I meant. Staff were rude and insisted that wasn't an option even... though I've ordered this multiple times. They even wrote out on my cup how many pumps of syrup it needed (1.5) and they stillput in 3! Read more
This Starbucks is located inside Swedish hospital. It is really nice. They dont have much of a place to sit down, but the... Swedish lobby is nice. There is usually a place to sit. It can fill up and be quite busy sometimes. The starbucks is quick andfriendly service which was really nice. Great quality food and drinks. Read more
