I went to enter to grab some coffee and was turned away and told due to COVID they're closed to the public. I have my vaccine... proof and they refused to screen me. Zero stars flat. I called and verified this. Doesn't make sense, if I'm fully vaccinatedand screened there is zero chance of a COVID situation. Read more

Typical Starbucks. Good service. Main issue is you have to go through covet screening at the main entrance to get to it. However... they make the screening quick. Just tell them you're going to Starbucks. Read more

This location must have never got the recent memo about customer service Starbucks sent out. Horrible, absolutely horrible... service. I had a gift card, didn't know exactly how much was on it as it was a GIFT. The cashier rang me up and in a rude tonewas like "you STILL OWE ME ten dollars!!" Total fail. There's a cafe just down the street with superior customer service andthey know how to make their customers feel welcome. Go there, they will appreciate your business. Read more
