I'm not sure what the question is. It is what you would expect from Starbucks a standard that surpasses the highest marks... attained by any other coffee shop. This starbucks inside QFC had okay service and produced several okay drinks. Our frappuccinos, which are normally supposed to be... somewhat icy/frozen, were given to us in a practically liquid state. The barista also seemed very new and inexperienced so thismay explain the poor state of our drinks. It probably didnt help that she was all alone and had no additional help. Read more

Coffee was fine, service was horrible. I was the only person in line, the girl at the register just ignored me entirely. Finally... the girl behind her acknowledged me with "Hey" and asked me what I wanted as she turned her back to me. The girl at the registerdidn't even say a word or look at me as she rang me up, then turned around and walked away as if I was inconveniencing her withmy purchase (I had to grab my own receipt off the register). A QFC employee made an order after me and they fully acknowledgedhim because they were work friends. They later handed me my purchase and immediately went back to their conversation. Only one employee working. 15 minutes in line. 10 minutes to make 2 iced drinks. Few items in pastry case.
As with the larger Starbucks around the corner, says online that dine-in is available, but they've removed any tables that may... once have been there. Read more
