Lovely shop. Very busy, no place to sit but I liked the furniture and look. Plus place to sit outside if you have time. Which we... didn't. Close to our doctor's office. I love reading other reviews. Some are so funny. Guys it's a coffee shop not a day carecenter. Read more

Took over 30 mins to get food...they had my latte to me after 10 mins. When i asked about my food, i was dismissed. Asked again... and it was mysteriously in progress. They gave me a $4 gift card for 45 minutes of my time and $28 worth of food. When there's alot of people, beware. I was extra late for my appointment. I never leave reviews but had to for this one! Great culture. Lots of study abroad students hang out here. Upper Class Environment, Unique. I usually spark meeting someone... new or catch a former college friend getting coffee as well. Not homey but comfortable. I like this Starbucks location. Read more
Consistently closes early due to staff shortages. One day after another. I dont think the quality of the drinks are great. You... cant get any worse with the service when you cant even keep the store running under normal operating hours. Will not be comingback ever again. Learn how to retain employees. Read more
The "main" Starbucks at U-Village is popular and busy pretty much all day every day. Even so, I've had consistently good... experiences, getting drinks and eats in a timely fashion. Also, on my most recent visit, the baristas were calling out nameswhen they *started* prepping each drink (smart, reassuring & guaranteed to minimize "Where the #$&% is my drink?!?"interruptions). Of course, the likelihood of finding a seat is highly variable, but there are other places in the vicinity tosit and chat or work on your laptop. Read more
