This place should be called Hit and Miss Cafe as it never opens on time, closes without warning, and always has some excuse for... not opening. This is one of the most inconsistent and poorly managed Starbucks I have ever experienced. The staff takes thierjobs for granted and with the sense of entitlement and that's why there's an inconsistency on their hours of operation. Read more

It's a Starbucks, you should know how they work. Also the staff is actually quite nice considering the number of rainbow flags... and pins you see in the place along with all the masks, thought they would be more rude like everyone else in the Universityarea. Read more

I?m told to never visit Starbucks while in Seattle because other shops are better. But since the company literally started in... this town, I see no better time to stop here. And given how busy this store can be with the throngs of students at all hours ofthe day, the people working here certainly deserve five stars. Good job! Read more

Lovely and often busy Starbucks location on The Ave. Currently ( at least as of 2/2/22) the indoor seating area is closed and... they're only accepting mobile orders. The staff is really friendly and pretty fast for as busy as they can get. If you orderthrough the app, you can walk right up to the pick up counter and grab your order. Drinks and food is typical of most Starbuckslocations. Read more

Been there so many times!! Very close to UW and better than the UW starbucks (HUB or Suzz Lib). Food and drinks are... normal-Starbucks standard. Service is quick. If there's long line, just go mobile order. FYI, the UW Starbucks don't participatein any Starbucks happy hours or rewards on food. This branch just recently renovates their chairs/tables. I like how theyorganize their table now. It's good for working with laptop, especially working alone, but they have less outlets. In term ofworkspace, one table per person is more comfortable with laptop, drink, mouse, notebook, whatever u have. I have tried sharingone table with my friend. Two laptops really filled our table. This store can get super crowded around 10 a.m. and UW examtime. Sometimes, ppl unexpectedly fill all tables on the weekends even before 10 a.m. Read more
