I gave 2 stars because it's a huge nice spot to be social in, but the service was SLOWWW... and then when I inquired where my... items were ... WELL that was a big attitude problem, especially cause I couldn't hear what she was saying & asked her to repeatit. She didn't even let me finish what I was going to say, just talking over me. No apology from any of the 3 people who helpedcomplete my order after 10+ minutes for a refill & a sandwich. I threw in a picture how I received the result. I wish I had itin camera her literally tossing the sandwich bag to slide on the counter when it was done. I don't live in this area and treatedmyself here... They need help. I love studying at this location and everyone is super friendly. I ordered a mobile order Treinta drink today and received a... tall instead. This has happened to me twice before at this location even though the label says Tr everytime. ???? They weresuper busy today though, so I didn?t want to bother them. Service at Madison Park Starbucks has become terrible over the 6-9 months. I understand that COVID took a toll on everyone, but... businesses have had long enough to adapt. I thought perhaps it was just my attitude, but my wife has also noticed - through thefrustration of wrong orders, unfilled cups, etc. She simply stopped visiting this Starbucks months ago. Sadly, service atMadison Park Starbucks has become unbearable. I've had a growing sense of dread ordering my neighborhood SBs for many months.Not even discreetly trying to bring this up with the manager or assistant manager has rectified the situation. What makesposting this review very sad is that for many, many years... Madison Park Starbucks was the gold standard, even through theworst of the pandemic. (See my previous review.) That excellence has disappeared. I have lost count - well into to the 20s ofthe number of times drinks have not been filled to the top. Starbucks charges a premium price, so the drinks should be full,right? I don't seem to have this problem at any other Starbucks. I often order a venti Frappuccino, which more times than isprepared with about 1 inch remaining to be filled in the cup. A few weeks ago I I asked if I could have it remade when the staffperson said to me, "We measure these things out so that's why it's not full. Sorry." No, dear readers, she did not remake thedrink. I have changed my name on my app to read, "Fill-to-top". It's really weird how these drinks are always filled to the topat any other Starbucks. Maybe other Starbucks sites are doing it wrong. Lately, I've been going to a completely differentStarbucks, which is definitely out of my way, but at least consistently correctly. One of the nicest Starbucks in Seattle. Great atmosphere, lots of places to sit and chill, work, have a business meeting or meet... with friends, have coffee or a bite to eat. A good selection of food items. Really nice indoor and outdoor seating options.Clean restrooms. Free parking. Great location. Read more
