Went for dinner here. I had reserved a table but it was pretty empty as it was a Tuesday night. I tried the steak asparagus... which was something new for me and pretty tasty. I also got the salmon nigiri which was good as well. My wife took the spicyroll which she loved and I got the ramen soup with chashu and an extra portion of beef. Considering this was my first timehaving ramen (so zero frame of reference) I really loved it. The broth in the ramen was really good. Fast service. Great presentation. Unique combinations of food as others have started. Not amazing, but the flavor profiles make... sense and aren't done with sushi at a lot of places. I'd come back for sure, but only because it's unique. Chicken skewers weredone perfectly. Prices are a bit high, but it's expected in this area. Also, great atmosphere for the space. This restaurant is undefeated. Let me start this review by saying that I am a big foodie myself. I always looking for... restaurants to become my new favorite but Start Fusion has really outdid themselves and has stayed in my #1 spot since July of2020. The menu is superb when it comes to food choices, anyone can find something they love on there. The food is always freshand the food palette is something I have never really tasted anywhere else. It is rare that a restaurant has their own uniquestyle, taste, presentation. Usually the taste and the combinations of food stays relatively similar across their respectivecategory (e.g Mediterranean, Burger joints, Chinese) but Star Fusion has an impressive combination of dishes that I haven?t seenserved or replicated anywhere else. With that being said, In my opinion, the service of any restaurant is just as important ashow tasty the food is and they deliver on both fronts. This place is one of my favorite sushi places in Seattle! They have outdoor seating with heaters and the service is amazing! Not... to mention all the food they have is so so delicious. Sushi is such good quality. They are also super dog friendly and bring outtreats for my dog every time we go! Read more
