Best brisket and chicken sandwich I have ever had. The JM?s chocolate chip cookies are the best you can find. Good service.... Great vibes. Read more

The burrata sandwich is divine; the bread is grilled on the inside, contrasting perfectly with the tomato and cheese, and the... outside of the bread is soft and slightly chewy. I was also pleasantly surprised by a really good espresso drink. I?ll be back! Read more

Summary: Fantastic gourmet sandwiches with tons of flavor and perfectly baked bread. Prices are either just right or maybe even... under-priced for the quality and quantity you get. Don?t pass on trying Slab if you want a great sandwich. We got the Cubanoand Burrata sandwiches. The pork in the Cubano was incredibly tender and juicy - quality you?d expect at a much pricier sit downplace. My only recommendation is it needs something sharp like yellow mustard (or more of it) or peppers to cut the fat in thesandwich. Still, it?s a solid sandwich that I can?t wait to try again but this time with a side of Mama?s Lil hot peppers. Theburrata sandwich was perfect - deliciously soft burrata with a lot of flavor. The bread at Slab is NOT an afterthought. It hasthe perfect chew without taking over the flavors of the rest of the sandwich. Both sandwiches were pretty large and filling.Fries were a 10/10 - so crispy, salty, and fresh + the aioli they come with was tasty. Lastly, don?t skip the chocolate chipcookie - it?s worth the calories for sure Read more

This was a killer take on a cubano. Confit pork shoulder, some kind of fancy pants raw ham (Serrano?), Gruyère, Dijon, grilled... scallion aioli, and smoked pickled chips. Read more

Such a gem! I come here every time I visit Seattle. Incredible latte. The best sandwiches, with a vibey vacant bar to eat your... carbs at. It?s perfectly empty, so refreshing to escape tourist lines everywhere right now. Fried chicken sandwich, brisketsandwich, avocado toast, cookies. Can?t go wrong! Read more

One of the most amazing sandwich places you?ll eat at. It?s much more than just a sandwich. The meat is cooked to perfection,... bread is delicious and soft. The flavor combinations are too die for. Tried the brisket sandwich, avocado toast and meat pie.Make sure to add the chicken skin to your order as well. Fries are nothing special but I came here for the sandwich anyway!Tried the salted cookie and that is a great tasting cookie. If you?re in Seattle, put this on your list of food places to try????
