Food was way overpriced and not good. They made the cobb salad we ordered wrong, and instead of remaking it, picked out the egg... and blue cheese. We watched one of the cooks touch raw salmon and not change his glove, then touch several other food items thatweren't going to be cooked (buns, already cooked fries etc). I've worked in a kitchen, that's a HUGE no no and so unsanitary. DONOT EAT HERE unless you want to possibly get sick. Read more

So, I went here during lunch hour today, and the staff was very nice and there is a new guy that was later known as being... trained. I am adaptable and understanding. However, I waited almost 30 minutes for a Cobb salad. The reason why, I didn?t havemy card and Apple Pay and so the manager that knew how to use that System was away from another register. She was extremely kindand apologetic, and so was the trainee cashier but I still think the food was really bad. Once again, all of the staff was kind, even cook, but I want a refund for this. My salad was awful, they forgot the dressing on the side so added my own at home andthe chicken thigh and the bacon had a very strange burnt taste. I paid so much for it I ate it. I have eaten at Skillet manytimes and I was really disappointed for a salad that expensive to have that big of a failure for the proteins. I really want arefund for this, owner or manager. Please reach out to me so I can come and get a refund. I ate the kale because I wanted thehealth benefits but the proteins were horrible. Read more

Honestly the worst chicken sandwich I?ve ever had! If I knew it was this bad I would?ve just gone to KFC! It?s just breading... barely any meat!! Paid $20 for GARBAGE! Read more

The burger was cooked wonderfully and might be one of the best burgers Ive had. Also the manager/owner/person taking the orders... (I?m not even sure what his role was) was pretty close to the nicest person I?ve ever met. Read more

The cashier was super awesome. She was helpful and answered all of our questions. The wait for food was not very long... considering how busy they were. Then everything took a wrong turn. My son ordered chicken and waffles. He said there wassomething weird on his plate (legit looked like bacon and I thought he lost his mind because?.bacon). After looking at it werealized it was a used band aid that came out of the fryer ????. I took his plate back to the cashier and she also thought itwas bacon and looked at me like I lost my mind. I explained to her that it was a used band aid and she looked at it closer. Shewas very apologetic and immediately was going to start a new meal. I explained to her that all of our food would have come outof that fryer and we were not interested in eating it or having a new plate made. I am giving a 3 star only because she wasawesome and did everything she could to make the situation right. Update: Elizabeth thank for your response. I understand thatthings happen. It was made right by your team. I am open to giving Skillet another try when I am in the area. This was not meantas a negative review (it was truly meant to highlight your awesome staff). Again, thank you so much for the response and quickactions to make the situation right. I hope you were able to find where this came from and there are no future issues likethis. Nick Read more

I had ?The Burger? and found it unappetizing. Between the char of the burger, the blue cheese, and the arugula it?s a very... bitter bite without anything to balance. For a $25 meal for one, I wish I?d ordered something else. The staff was friendly.Free refills on the fountain drinks. They do accept Apple Pay now (contrary to earlier reviews). The area is well kept andclean. Read more

Just as delicious and memorable as their standard locations. I was out for a walk during the Christmas market at the center and... there was nothing better to end it with than a giant chicken sandwich. Food was great, service was fast. I wish they sold theirbacon jam at the counter! Read more
