everything was great, on friday , 5:30 pm shift, but then that brown girl , she was asking for 5$ for the used box, even if the... box was pretty big for the package, she wasn't polite at all and didnt offer any help for packaging and all, instead stayedquietly as if she isnt on shift at all... i hope she isn't getting paid for just standing there, i would nt like to give a star,because of that poor service... I love this place, the whole idea is genius. To be able to have one stop for all the shipping services, and to be able to... support a local, small business thats female owned. Been a customer for several years, since 2019. Opened my mailbox account for my small adventure business. This month I ordered... something and forgot to address it to my original business name, and instead addressed it to my DBA name (Doing Business As).Consequently, I was incurring the standard $5 fee to receive mail with any names other than that on the account. In my case,that's either my human name, or my business entity's state registered and licensed name. In order to receive more packages to myDNA name, it will cost $15 to add another recipient name on the account. Now, I have five dollars, and I even have fifteendollars, but it's the matter of principle here for me. Joe came through with a solution - return to sender. I agreed, which wasfortuitous because after I ordered I realized I wanted a different color instead, but by the time I went to that independentstore's website to change my order, it was listed as already shipped. Jordan & her team were absolutely amazing! I had a very challenging return with a bulky item that took multiple attempts at... packaging due to the manufacturer's requirements. Jordan was super patient with me and went out of her way to make sure that myshipping needs were met despite all the back-and-forth. I love this place. I have used them for shipping, notary services, obviously their coffee, and virtual mailbox. I moved to Spain... a while back and kept the virtual mailbox as my mailing address in the US, and the service has been great. Read more
Stopped by this place after a recommendation. Unique shipping store with good selection of cards, candles, T shirts and other... gift items. Also has a cafe with variety of beverages and snacks. The barista was friendly and our latte tasted great madefresh. Limited parking behind the store. Read more
Sadly this place has some very nice staff, wonderful merchandise, and delicious lavender lemonade. It's just not that warm of a... place for everyone. I paid a lot to receive packages and an important Fedex was lost and placed into a different customer's box.I was handed boxes belonging to another customer, and somehow my boxes were often opened and vandalized with 666s written andblood and holes vandalized on items. When I brought up the magnitude of the financial losses with the owner and that my boxeshad been opened, she shrugged and asked me if my dog would like a treat. 'Sip and Ship is one more adorable business that's justnot welcoming to you if you happen to not be the right religion or person. Read more
