Here on Fathers Day and it?s super busy but we?ll staffed. We didn?t wait more than 10 mins for our food. And the FOOD. OMG.... Excellent. Get the root beer and get a shake for sure. And a burger. Great location at U Village! The shack burger was awesome as usual. Perfect presentation and very delicious. I ordered the... chicken nuggets for the first time but didn't like them. No matter bc I love the burgers so I'll always come back for those. Ialso tried a blood orange citrusade for the first time. It is very tart. Be prepared to pucker up! Appreciated that a worker wasgoing around with disinfectant cleaning wipes and cleaning the tables. I do wish they would open up the kiosks (they were allclosed when we visited May 2022). There was only one cashier working. The line doesn't need to constantly be that long. If wedidn't have to wait so long I would up to a 5 star. Read more
I always love shake shack. Sometimes there's nothing better than a shackburger, and it's even better lettuce wrapped. I think... their beef is much better than their chicken, and their hot dogs are surprisingly good. The bacon cheese fries are alsodelicious. Their limited time items are hit or miss, and in my opinion they've recently been misses, but still worth the try. Read more
I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and while it was a little messy it was tasty. The shakes were not amazing but still good. ... Not a huge fan of crinkle fries, but they were cooked perfectly and were maybe the best part of the meal. Glad I tried it. Read more
Tasty cheeseburger! The bread was nice and soft, the burger was presented nicely with all of the stuff facing me when I open the... box. The patty went edge to edge on the bun. The beef tasted like actual beef. Plenty of shake sauce and pickles. Convenientpick up window so you can order on your phone, shop around, and then pick up the food. They were also very generous withnapkins. The bag is nice because it has handles. This would be five stars if they have deals in the app like McDonald?s Read more
If possible, I will give them a 0 star. I?ve been there three times, and 2 out of 3, I found a hair in my food. There is an... issue with their quality control. First time there was a hair in their milkshake. Second time it?s a hair in the burger. Thecashier said they were making a new burger for me. However, they totally forgot to make it. I went to the cashier and the personmade an insincere apology. I?m not gonna trust this location anymore. Read more
Long line up on weekend but the burger was so amazing, I love cheesy fries too! Seems like new spicy cheese fries are not too... good tho... also milk shake is just regular milk shake you can get anywhere.
