Having been to at least 50 coffee shops in Seattle if not more I would say Santo?s latte is probably the best I?ve had here.... Very rich and smooth with a subtle bitterness. Pastry is underwhelming though. Read more

Great vibe and amazing coffee.\n\nWe got the Iced Panella Oat Latte and Iced Oat Chagaccino. It was my first time trying a... chagaccino which is a mushroom-based coffee and I absolutely loved it. The Iced Panella oat latte was also very refreshing witha subtle hint of the orange bitters.\n\nWe would definitely come back here when we are in Seattle. Read more

One of my favorite coffee spaces I have ever been to. Seattle has a lot of great coffee, but Santo stands out due to the... aesthetic, vibe, decor, and passion for good coffee. This is a space you want to come and hang out at and stay in. With floor toceiling windows and ample seating; I could see myself working or studying here. The baristas and owners are knowledgeable andwilling to talk with you about anything coffee. Read more

After visiting 100+ coffee shops in Seattle, Santo is my absolute favorite and where I go most often. I live in Capitol Hill,... but the coffee experience here is worth the light rail ride. I have had almost every hot drink on the menu and they neverdisappoint\n\nWhen I entered the store for the first time, Mike, who I later found out to be the owner, just finished pouring alatte and worked on it again with one more meticulous drop of milk. I saw in his eyes what I aspire to have: passion, dedication, perfection.\n\nIt was Ellery who made me the first latte at Santo. A smooth, delicious one that fills to the rim ofthe elegant glass, with a thin layer of foam and impeccable latte art that stayed beautiful to the last sip. It easily became mynew standard of a great latte.\n\nThe more I hang out at Santo, the more I am amazed by it. Mike and Ellery are such affableguys that the regulars, which they\'ve got a ton, are more like friends than customers. But when the pair gets down to makingcoffee, they are so deft and focused, so damn serious about every detail. Sailor and Curtis, baristas who I don\'t see as often, pull shots and pour drinks with just the same precision. I care a lot about my coffee, but Santo cares even more, so I can stopcaring and simply enjoy.\n\nSanto\'s bright space and slick decor would leave an excellent impression on anyone. Gleaming quartzside tables next to a smooth wooden bench in one corner, a lushly green velvet couch paired with a leather armchair in another, every seat in the shop offers a different experience. The tasteful space facilitates a relaxed, convivial atmosphere, whetheryou want to read, work, or chat, you never look out of place.\n\nSanto is more than a coffee shop. It comforts me and inspiresme. Read more
