I went to Roti before going to a concert the other week and this was an all around great experience. The staff was incredibly... accommodating about our schedule and also very prompt with service. One of the best Indian restaurants in Seattle to try out. We often go here and try out different dishes every time. All the... items are delicious. The saag paneer and chicken tiki masala was amazing! So was the naan bread! I think the tiki masala was my favorite. The flavor... was bold and stood out among all the other tiki masalas I’ve had. The chicken is cut into bite sized pieces and didn’t feellike they skimmed (like other places) when it came to the amount of chicken Roti had in their curry. This has been my husband and I’s GO-TO Indian restaurant ever since we moved to Seattle. Their naan is so fabulous and every... dish we’ve gotten has just been so authentic and flavorful. The spice levels are very accurate, and great because I reallycan’t do super spicy food and their mild level is PERFECT! 10/10, would recommend, just absolutely the best Indian foodwe’ve ever had. This restaurant is not only the best Indian restaurant but also the top 10 best restaurants in all of Washington State in my... opinion. It was delightful to have some of my meals, the chefs do an amazing job and the whole kitchen staff from the taste tothe presentation the food is wonderful… pleasing to the eye and amazing flavors to taste. The service is 100/10 it is a Greatatmosphere and shoutout to the main guy doin a phenomenal job Javier…keep it up and the owner is doing well and is welcomingwhen he attend his guest.
