Reviews for Rosellini’s Fine Cakes & Baked Goods in Seattle, WA
Used their shop for an event I was hosting and everything was a huge hit! Best almond croissant my husband has ever had and... multiple guests said the scones were amazing. They really got me out of a bind because the original bake shop I was going to usedidn?t have enough stock at 7 when they opened! Not only did Rosellini?s take care of us, they did it with such excellentcustomer service. Also! Their vanilla bean latte was just delicious. You can tell it was house made with real vanilla!! Impeccable. Incredible. Such perfect pastries, really next level. The gougere, a savory pastry with cheese in the dough, was... delicate, airy, and delightful. The morning bun, with just a hint of orange zest, was perfect, light, and just the right amountof crispness. The almond croissant was heavenly. Great latte with homemade syrups. No wonder there was such a long (friendly)lineup! Read more
This place breaks a rule I have found to be true over the years, you can get great baked goods or great coffee, but never at the... same location. The coffee here is good, the baked goods stratospheric and the people are fab. This is the unicorn ofbakeries. It's so good I couldn't get a photo of my latte and croissant. See attached. Read more

Cute little bakery in the Whittier Heights neighborhood. The baked goods were delicious. Ended up in a very long line for Sunday... Mother's Day breakfast treats. Pro tip: order and pay ahead and skip the lines. Read more
Rosellini is one of the top places to get a butter croissant in Seattle. Their croissants have crispy crusts and beautiful... layers, smell nicely as well. Maybe the layers are a tad too thick to my personal taste but overall I still enjoyed it verymuch. I've got their croissants in the early morning as well as in the afternoon, they are always taste fresh anddelicious. They make many other pastries as well. Coffee too, of course. I have also tried their spinach and cheese puff pastryand the gougère, a cheese ball. They are good, if not impressive. No seats inside and just a couple of tables outside. Thereis usually a short line but it moves fast. Read more
Decided to continue my search for the best Kouign Amann in Seattle before flying back to Vancouver tonight. Drove all the way... from downtown Bellevue to Ballard to try the delectable pastries at Rossellini?s. As expected, there was a lineup out front eventhough it was only 9:00 am in the morning. Ordered a croissant, a ham and cheese croissant and not one but two Kouign Amann. TheKouign Amann was more than divine; it was well bronzed with a flaky, buttery interior, a brittle caramelized exterior and asubtle hint of saltiness. The Kouign Amann was near perfection with all dimensions covered. It was definitely worth thedrive! UPDATE: Back in Bellevue so another visit to Rosellini?s for a Cortado and more Kouign Amann. Could not resist thetemptation. Read more
I found this place way too late in the game! The pastries here are to die for, I'm not exaggerating. I wish I had taken more... pictures, but I guess you'll have to go and see yourself. Coffee is great, homemade syrups and the usual drink options. Not alot of seating, a couple tables in the front and a little backyard garden seating area in the back which was very cute andpeaceful. Located on a residential street in Ballard near Frankie & Jos, Delancey, and the Fat Hen. Definitely stop by here whenyou get a chance! Read more
