I was so excited to try this place for the first time. I?ve heard great things! Now I don?t know why. Very rude counter staff,... was pained to answer questions. And left the counter right in the middle of the order. Worse, the coffee we got was cold and thedry cappuccino I requested was delivered as a latte. After putting up with their subpar coffee and astoundingly... bad customer service for months, I finally called it quits after one visit where two different baristas were so incredibly rudeto me. Many of my coworkers also go to Revolutions and I can predict how good their service from the staff will be based on ifthey are white and how attractive they are. I have not been wrong. It hurts to support a big giant like Starbucks instead of alocal business, but I?m tired of feeling bad about myself just for ordering an overpriced cup of coffee. Read more
