Visited Belltown Provisions which offered hospitable customer service. I ordered the Wikaki Wonker, which was a sweet tropical... like drink, with a hint of sweetness, yet potent.; however this drink was a bit delusional, as it was loaded with ice, yet Imust say, it served a powerful punch! As for the atmosphere it was a bit dark for my taste, in a traditional style setting. Theonly thing missing were appetizers; I need food when drinking. While my drink was good, I would only come back if they offeredsome type of food menu. I can tell that this is a well respected establishment based on the after work crowd that filled theplace within the first hour of opening. Read more
Came here on Labor Day. Bartender was absolutely crushing it. He was cranking out drinks at a steady pace without sacrificing... quality. It\'s not going to be the quickest service. That\'s not what this place is, so don\'t expect that. What it is, is anincredibly thoughtfully constructed menu that can appeal to the highbrow and simple alike. If you can\'t find something here, goto Applebee\'s. If you\'re looking for AC, then you should probably move to Florida. Read more

One of those places you can come solo, get dinner and drink, and good conversation. The bar set up is very inviting for people... to interact. Out of all the places I like to order a drink with my meal, This may be my favorite spot for this. Come on a rainynight, come on a clear night. You won\'t be disappointed.\n\nThe decor, is just gorgeous, such a classy place with a slight bitof a pub feel. It\'s really the perfect layout to come with a few friends. The main seatting area has very comfy seating. Theremenu is impressive and bartenders make great drinks and conversations. And they do pop ups. That means the menu expands everyother week when their guest cooks joins the kitchen. I love it.\n\nThis place gets my vote, even more now that it\'s under newmanagement. Read more
Belltown Provisions is already an iconic Seattle cocktail bar. They opened this year (during the pandemic) and it?s worth making... a special trip to Belltown.\n\nThere are only 9 drinks on the menu, and my date and I had 4 of them. They were all excellent. Myfavorite was ?we pillage, we plunder? which the owner brought out after getting a sense of my favorite flavor profile. Honestly,I found my signature cocktail this weekend, the kind I would put my name on for a classy birthday\n\nI wish they had cocktailmaking lessons, I?d be there in a heartbeat. Read more
It?s a brand new bar located in Belltown. The drinks are tasty and the decor is beautiful. They have a short menu, but the... drinks are all well crafted. The four of us got different drinks and were all very satisfied. Read more
Let me tell you - you want to stop and have a beverage here. We had the \"old what\'s her name\" which is essentially a... wonderful old-fashioned, and then my wife had a drink called \"the dunes on the cape.\" Both of them were amazingly craftedcocktails!
