Beyond expectations. Bad food. Weird atmosphere and weird way to pay. The food was terrible. I have never seen a Xiao Long Bao... like this... No soup in it, dry meat and hard skin. But the best part was the vegetable dumplings, we couldn't even eat it, itwas sandy and terrible taste. Read more

Ping is a legend. She has served yummy food under the Chinatown gate for years. Hers is a spot people will lament the loss of as... Seattle buries it?s uniqueness with cookie cutter Instagram spots. The dumplings are phenomenal and Ping is a great hostess, always doting on return customers and offering more food than you can eat. She has outlasted many restaurants in Seattle forgood reason: hers is a cut above, it?s a classic, old school Seattle Chinatown flavor. Bring your friends, share the love. Protip: get off the light rail at Chinatown before the Mariners game (or hawks or whatever). It?s great, especially for groups! Read more

The food here is fine, as is the service. We felt taken care of and the food came out quickly but we weren?t super excited about... the flavors. Everything seemed like it was made with care, but just lacked seasoning. The touchless ordering and paying was anice and easy to use, but we left underwhelmed after having read a bunch of reviews before coming. We tried the scallionpancakes, pork soup dumplings, and the pork and scallion crispy dumplings, but none of it left us wanting more or planning whenwe could come back. Read more

Ping?s is always top notch. The special crispy layer dumplings are simple and delicious, and they come with a tasty vinegar... sauce and a hot chili oil Szechuan pepper sauce. Ping herself is a treasure. Read more

We had a great experience at pings dumpling house! We were pleased to hear there are about 5 fully vegan items on the menu such... as veggie pot stickers, veggie bun, veggie chow mein, and a couple more. The menu doesn?t state vegan but the staff were quicklyable to tell us what we could eat. The potstickers were fantastic and one of the best I?ve had. Everything here is hand made. The restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend! Read more

We came here because of the good reviews but was disappointed! The lady recommended the pork dumpling but to my dismay, there... was barely any pork in it. Only little hints of minced pork. Paid $12.99 for it and it was a waste of money. Won?t be backagain. Read more
