This little coffee and bike shop is THE BEST place to get your fix. It?s not only the best coffee in Seattle, they are the... coolest people ever, animal lovers, best vibes propagators on earth. I just love PIM so much! Even though I like other coffeeshops fine, they hold a special place! You can?t go wrong with them, they?re simply the best. The end. Read more

was refused service (edit: a few weeks ago, not today, as assumed below) for a cantilever brake pad swap about 90 minutes before... close under the guise of "having to finish another bike today." A minor inconvenience, but it kinda defeats the purpose ofhaving a trailside shop if your mechanic is turning ride-by customers away while avoiding eye contact. Nice merchandising tho???? Edit 2: I still bought the pads Read more

I literally just got home from this place and I couldn't wait to write about how great my experience was! My bike was in need of... tires as they were looking rough and not holding air, so I called asking if I would need an appointment and got a friendlyresponse welcoming me to come in at my convenience as a walk in. I enjoyed a drink on their patio area while I waited for themechanic to return from an errand (they're running on a skeleton crew like a lot of places) and while I didn't catch their namesthe baristas were both kind and welcoming. Ed the upbeat mechanic was wonderful! He helped me select some new tires and evenopted that I get the more affordable pair. On top of that he advised (but didn't pressure) me to get new brake pads soon andthen didn't even charge me for labor and the parts were fairly priced. I rode home and the change in comfort and ease of ridingwas remarkable. Ed you are a peach! I'll definitely be back for brakes and any other future bike needs. Read more

Such a great and unique shop. I stopped here once while driving and enjoyed a delicious espresso drink. Today I rode by on my... bike via the Burke Gilman Trail. I stopped again for another delicious espresso beverage and spoke to Ed in the bike shop aboutmy need for a pedal upgrade. He showed me the perfect pair and installed them for me while I enjoyed the coffee. All for a greatprice from very friendly people on the bike and coffee sides of the business! Read more
