This was my first visit here and I can safely say I have a new spot for Pho in University District. Extremely fast, clean,... simple, and flavorful. I had the brisket, tendon, and tripe. The portion size is generous and balanced. The broth and brisketare good, the noodles great, and the tendon was the highlight for me. I eat here almost every single day. It is my favorite place to eat and unwind. I find so much comfort coming here and having a... bowl of hot veggie or shrimp pho with a pot of hot tea. I occasionally get their egg rolls and spring rolls as well. The food isalways delicious and fresh and the staff is always so kind. I have walked in and gone straight to the restroom before and when Icame out my food was already on a table for me. They know what I like to order and have memorized it. So horrible customer service. A guy worked there was not helpful at all. I ordered one Shrimp pho for to go. When I came back... home, I opened the bag and container. The basil obviously looked old, the bean sprouts smelled sour? I think they pre packedvegetables in bags, preserving those in the fridge. also the shrimps smelled fishy?
