I love pho! And yet, while this place had an excellent broth, the meat didn't taste like brisket. The joint was crowded, and I... wasn't even greeted. Even small talk felt prohibitive with staff. This was my first visit here and I can safely say I have a new spot for Pho in University District. Extremely fast, clean,... simple, and flavorful. I had the brisket, tendon, and tripe. The portion size is generous and balanced. The broth and brisketare good, the noodles great, and the tendon was the highlight for me.
