Bit pricey but man it was tasty. Tasted as close to the stuff in Eastern Europe as possible (the place was too clean and didn't... smell like cigarette smoke) Definitely worth eating alongside the statue Lenin Read more

Pretty good, but seemed like they were having staffing issues that affected service and quality. The classic Pelmeni were pretty... spot on. Read more

Pretty decent place! Wish they had more egg-free options. We dropped by here on our way to the city and the staff were really... kind! Food took a little longer than expected due to a bursted pot. Also the egg free/gluten/dairy free option only has apotato filling option (no beef) and the wrapping was quite sticky. I got the traditional dressing which is nice and sour withthe vinegar and sour cream. Read more

I came here to pick up food for delivery, to my understanding Soul and Tzar are working together. I wasn't able to park in a... good spot so I asked when the food would be ready, the lady at the front desk told me she wouldn't help. I asked once again andexplained the situation but she kept being rude. I asked for her manager and she stated she was the manager, and rudely asked meto leave the restaurant. I left the restaurant and cancelled the order. Staff there is very rude and not helpful at all, thiswill reduce the customer population. I will spread the word about customer service not being good. I go to 20 restaurantseveryday and I haven't met anyone as rude as the lady working here. Not helpful at all Read more

Really delicious dumplings! The staff were super nice and told us they messed up the order so they remade it, but also gave us... the mess-up for free. So with this, I got to try both the classic beef dumplings and traditional potato dumplings. Both werefilling and came with a side of bread and sour cream. One of my new favourite places to go in Fremont. Read more

Enjoyed the dumplings and the vibes there, the servers and the bartender were very friendly to us and kind enough to suggest the... best drinks and dumplings they had without overselling anything. I went there on a date and the music there was not too loud forus not to be able to talk and the place not too crowded so it went great! Read more

Went there with our friends to introduce them to Russian dish ?pelmeni? and were really disappointed. Everything on the menu has... nothing common with pelmeni or dumpling. The dough is thick and the meat inside doesn?t taste good. I wanted to wash my mouthafter I tried the food. I felt so uncomfortable in this place, the waitress no welcoming attitude at all. Strange place! Therewas no people, I think I understand why ???? Don?t confuse your customers, you can?t name what you serve pelmeni. Oh and by theway, vareniki are not fries. What the hell? Read more
