Reviews for One Bite Cafe in Seattle, WA
Very good quality ?croffle? (croissant + waffle). Chewy and crunchy on the outside, baked all the way through and of good... quality. Really goes well with ice cream.\n\nThe only downside are their drinks - coffee was unfortunately bland, and friendswho tried their lemonade and milk tea say they were all underwhelming as well. Milk tea was just too sweet, lemonade tastedbland and was just a fancy sparkling water, and vanilla latte was too bitter.\n\nOtherwise, really comfortable sitting area(cushioned), and relaxing environment. Really loved the decor and the black sesame croffle. Unfortunately, the taro milk tea (requested at half sweetness) was overly... sugary. Definitely want to try the savory croffles next time! Read more
First time here and it definitely won?t be the last! I got the black sesame and the cream cheese croffles. Both were delicious!... They?re just crispy enough but still soft. The cream isn?t too sweet as well. I also got the matcha latte at reduced sugar andit was just right for me (probably could of done regular sugar and it?ll still be okay. Meaning they don?t make it too sweet). My boyfriend got the blue lemonade and it?s not my type of drinks but still thought it was good. Read more

Wow, so glad I found this hidden gem of a cafe. This Asian ran cafe will put a smile on your face. Very limited seating but I... doubt you will ever have trouble finding a seat. Parking is also easy. I love how they display their options. Not unordinary, but I still love it.\n\nI ordered a black lemonade and a strawberry topped waffle. Both were very delicious. One thing Inoticed, they did not ask about sugar and ice levels like a lot of cafes are starting to do. But they did how ever make me ayummy strawberry topped waffle. The creme frosting is a nice touch, however a bit too much for me. I had to remove about a thirdof the creme frosting. The waffle was also a bit difficult to cut through. Not sure why it was so hard. Caused me to make a bitof a mess. Still a very delicious, but messy waffle.\n\nI can\'t wait to come back and try their other options. Especially thewaffle sandwich. I had my eye on the tuna sandwich but stuck with my original plan to get a waffle. The prices here are spot on.The service and staff and nice. Interior clean. The only down side for me was looking for parking and all the shut down businessaround them. Pray they make it through. Read more

There are so few dessert places in the north end of Seattle that has the variety that One Bite Cafe offers. Craving for bingsu... (Korean shaved ice)? How about egg tarts? Maybe a slice of cake? Thirsty for a milk tea drink? Or hankering for something morefilling like a savory croffle sandwich?\n\nThat last one surprised me. I\'m not a cold sandwich person but after I had a bite ofthe ham and cheese croffle, I became a convert. Love it!\n\nAnd the absolute best reason I like the cafe is that its right bythe entrance to the Roosevelt station of the light rail and a short walk to several bus stops. Its the perfect meeting place orhang for commuters like me.\n\nCozy interiors, well-lit, good service, constrained by having no restrooms and no parkingon-site. Still a must go to if taking the bus or the light rail.\n\nMake it a stop when taking a walk about around Seattle! Read more
