Came here around 1pm on a Tuesday for a late brunch/lunch. The ambience is so great with the brightly lit walls and decorations.... I got a 6oz boozy slushie ($9) and it was good but quite small. We each got brunch items- I got the mushroom leek omelette ($16)which was pretty good but nothing crazy special or unique imo. Prices are on par with what the current norm is in seattleproper. Overall it was a nice place to hang out. I’m glad I went once but probably wouldn’t come back since there are somany great places in the area that are better quality I think! Read more

Great experience; they were able to fit a group of 6 in for Sunday Brunch in less then 20 minutes (amazing!), the staff were SO... KIND. They took a group photo of us, and we had quick an wonderful service at the bar. Drinks were amazing, and the toad in thehole was GREAT! Clean and beautifully decorated! Read more

Visited on a Saturday at lunch. Had a 10 or so minute wait and then seated. Summer al fresco dining with garage doors that open... the entire facade of the front. Full bar in back. Plenty of plants dotted around to create a warm atmosphere. Best, softomelette (not dry) and loaded with cheese. Bloody Marys with lots of garnish. Shrub heavy on the vinegar, not completelybalanced. Everyone enjoyed their food. Frienely service, busy venue, be patient. Read more

Went a little after lunch time, not too busy (we were seated quickly). I had the fried chicken sandwich. The chicken was a... little dry, but I enjoyed the crispy outer layer. The fries were well spiced and crispy. Great service as well, but not too surethe food was worth the price (a little more on the expensive side). Read more

Great atmosphere. Chicken sandwich was on point great fries. Could have been a little crisper though on the chicken sandwich.... Decent drinks, but I wouldn't come here just for that as they aren't that strong. Nice specialty drinks. Looks like they domusic in the atrium area. Read more

This place was SUCH A surprise; walking by you wouldn't expect much but once you walk in and past the bar, WOW! It opens up to a... beautiful seating area surrounded by lush tropical plants while basking in a skylight, I absolutely adored theatmosphere/layout/color scheme. It was a getaway in the middle of Capital Hill! Food was PHENOMENAL, I ordered Toad In A Holeand a peach alcoholic drink (don't remember the name) delicious! Genuinely loves the fact they also do trivia on Tuesdays,Comedy night (ect.), I will be back for that! Service was fast and very friendly as well, definitely helps seal the deal. 5/5 ? Read more

Excellent foods, customer service and well decorated. This place is one of my go-to when I am feeling American foods. The wagyu... burger is delicious and so satisfying. They even allow me to substitute fries for poutine! Love it. The front looks empty sometimes, but it's because they have a large dining area in the back space too. So definitely recommend trying them out! There's aback area I only recently discovered, and it is very elegantly decorated. Highly recommend checking it out. Read more

Nice food and amazing interior decor - overall enjoyed dining at Olmstead. This is actually the first restaurant where I enjoyed... sitting outdoors, perhaps because it is located in the centre of Broadway. Food price was a bit on the high side; service wasokay - people seemed lukewarm. I would recommend giving it a try, Olmstead is definitely a nice restaurant for your weekendbrunch needs. Read more
