Ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. Came with an egg and greens. The flavor of the broth was delicious and the portion was large... enough to be full at the end of the meal. It costed $14.5 and was reasonably priced in my opinion. We were seated immediatelyfor dinner on a Friday. Read more

It just opened when we arrived a little after 5pm. So my friend and I were the first customer that day, but 2 more couples... arrived a few minutes after us. The restaurant was very pleasant and clean. We got seated and our order was taken right away. The takoyaki was very good; reminded me of gindako. Suggestion: a bit more tako please. We shared the garlic tonkotsu ramen andpoke bowl. Both were equally amazing. The tonkotsu broth was creamy; the chasyu very tender; the poke bowl, an explosion offlavor and texture. We walked away very satisfied. Read more

I ordered a vegetable pancake. The description of this on the menu is “vegetable pancake”, so I expected vegetables in the... pancake. What I got tasted more like potato pancake. The waiter says it is wheat inside. The description did not say wheat. This is not what I wanted. I did not like it and did not eat it. I asked if they could take it off my bill. He refused. I ordered the garlic tonkatsu ramen. $17 with tax. The broth is tasty and rich. Definitely strong garlic, which is good. Only... complaint would be on the meat. It’s a bit more dry and hard than I would expect from Ramen. Possibly a bit overcooked. That said, it’s good quality and tastes good. Nice and filling. Read more

Asian fusion, Japanese with Korean flares and some Vietnamese touches. If you're looking for authentic Japanese ramen or dishes,... this is not it. The noodle & broth are average, came out warm, slurp rate avg, chicken prepared separately & dried, doesn'tcompliment well with the bowl. Bulgogy great first taste but tire quickly, salad over dressing. Calamari could use a tangysauce. House sake is bland, taste like warm water. Once spoiled with authentic cusines in Japan, Korea, Vietnam, this doesn'tcut it, as there are other options in Seattle, even some fusions are prepared well Read more

Grade A food! Initially went for the nearby "festival", but the building had lines out the door for miles (looked like). Ended... up leaving the lines and ventured down the block. Came across Nuna Ramen, & they didn't disappoint! Karage was very crispy &well seasoned. Takoyaki was hot & great too. Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen was filling and loaded with garlic. Garlic oil, dicedgarlic, everything garlic, etc. It was that amazing! Great place for ramen and other dishes (see photos). Will be coming back. Read more
