Got lost in the neighborhood looking for something to eat and wondered in early on a Saturday evening. Glad we did. Place was... all decked out for Halloween, which my wife and I loved. Drinks were wonderful, I had a Blackberry Sour, am partial to whiskeycocktails as of late and this was a nice play on a whiskey sour. Wife had the Huckleberry and thyme shrub mock-tail, both weredelicious. Had the grilled cheese with smoked salmon. Which was decadent and delicious. It comes with a side of tomato jam whichwas a nice condiment to go with it. A bit like a mini side tomato soup. A perfect complement. Wife had the seafood chowder. Shewas so happy that it doesn't have bacon in it. She doesn't eat red meat and so many places put bacon in their chowder. She letme try it and it was delicious too. The Huckleberry cheese cake was so good too, very creamy. It was more like a no bake cheesecake it was more moist than many baked versions I've had. I love a cheese cake and am a purist that prefers them plain but evenwith the Huckleberry it was a solid cheese cake. I was, kind of, in costume, it was the weekend before Halloween, and the ownercame by to chat with us and let us know they hosted a costume party for Halloween the night before and do the place up forChristmas too. It was a happy accident we ended up here. We'll be back. Read more

We got the spirit and whisky flights and some bread to snack on. We especially enjoyed the whisky, but they were both good. The... space is really nice with a ton of outdoor seating. We will definitely be back! Read more

Mischief on Canal is a dining experience; local and the best food, class cocktails and great atmosphere. I love taking my... friends here to surprise them with the attention to detail in each dish, they don't expect that level of fine dining on theirfirst visit. An always rotating menu with ample, seasonal and local offerings. If you don't drink whiskey I would say come herefor the food and mocktails. If you do drink whiskey you should be here anyway for the good whiskey. This is not a spot to missout on, business happy hours, family gettogethers, anniversary celebrations, this place does it all. EDIT: to add photos andsay this is still the best restaurant in Seattle! You will never be disappointed by eating the food here. The chef growsvegetables and keeps bees on the rooftop. Read more

Mischief has been a staple in my husband's bar since we moved to the Fremont neighborhood. Their award winning items are not to... be missed if you are a fan of Gin, Vodka, or Bourbon. This was our first time in the restaurant/bar area. The drinks werebeautiful, and tasted good as well. Our bar tender was kind and willing to answer all our questions. We are hoping to go backto try the food soon. This would be a great date night spot, with close views of the water/canal on the Fremont Cut. Read more

Cocktails are great, food was good, service was so-so. Our waitress forgot to put in our appetizer order and came back to ask us... what we ordered after we had placed our order for mains, so everything came out at once. She also spilled one of our drinksabout two feet from our table. Neither of these were a huge deal (maybe she was new?). Outdoor space is large and has heatlamps. There are a few fireplace tables, which are nice but slightly awkward to sit at (not much leg room and difficult to passthings to the person sitting across from you). I would definitely come back again. Photo is of the blackberry whiskey sour (andit was delicious). Read more

What a hidden gem! A fun spot for craft cocktails and NW themed plates. Enjoyed the smoked salmon grilled cheese and pork... sliders, tasty unique flavors! The apple and camembert crisp is a must- was warm, gooey and not too crispy/crunchy. Theatmosphere was warm and servers were friendly. Had a good amount of people dining in on a Friday night. Nice little place right across the canal in Fremont. It's a distillery first, so their menu is filled with craft cocktails with... some small plates. Being a vegetarian, I was glad to find a lot of options. We pretty much tried all of them, except avocadofries, since they were out of it. The drinks as well as the food were just outstanding! We had the Beet Pickled Deviled Eggs,Smoked Jack Fruit Sliders and Buratta Tartine and I cannot pick a favorite! I tried the Manhattan flight and all 3 versions werefantastic! We had a great time here and cannot wait to go back! Read more
