I was in town visiting a friend that lives close by and walked to Mica?s for breakfast. It?s a cute little shop with a variety... of breakfast and lunch items. I ordered the breakfast burrito and enjoyed it very much. The hot sauce on the side was a nicetouch. My partner enjoyed his mozzarella and tomato sandwich.\n\nI would definitely come back. I saw a horchata latte I want totry. Read more

**This review was for Golden Wheat Bakery that used to be at this location** I?m glad I visited this Golden Wheat Bakery. I had... visited the original location, but was in the area and visited the newer location. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to pickup some pastries and they had a bunch to choose from still. I ended up going with some rugelach, a peanut butter chocolate chipcookie, stollen bread, and a slice of blueberry sour cream cake. Everything was tasty, I especially enjoyed the rugelach and thesour cream cake. Who I assume is the owner was very friendly and a joy to talk to as well. He was also happy to answer anyquestions. He also told me he was planning to get a hot tray area set up which by now should hopefully be there by now. I willneed to visit again to possbly try his Guatemalan tamales and other items! I like this place and frequent it often. The owners are super nice and have really taken the covid thing seriously. The coffee... is made on a la marzocco machine and is really tasty, the pastries are good. If bakery neuvo and crumble and flake are the goldmedal winners in this city for pastry, this is a silver medal winner. Still well worth your time and patronage.\n\nSome things ilike: rugles, breakfast burrito mexicano, espresso, chocolate croissant. Also the Pozole is really really good.\n\nThere ispatio seating. I\'ve been a few times now. The coffee is pretty good. The pastries are pretty good but excel the most in their rarer items. The... breakfast burritos are a hard stop no. The burritos are more than $8 and are half size, contain almost no flavor, and come withhalf a handful of chips. Do yourself a favor and drive the five minutes to one of the taco trucks on Rainier for betterburritos. Read more

A really nice small business to support; so far I have tried their croissant, tea cookies, and multi-grain loaf and everything... tastes great and homemade. The staff is very friendly. I\'ve gotten a few of their day-old items and loved them! Read more
